Processing time
We know you want to receive your order as quickly as possible. That's why most orders are processed the same day or within 24 hours of receiving the order. In rare cases it happens that one of the items you ordered is not immediately in stock. No problem for us! We place the order directly into production. This means your order will be ready for dispatch after 1-2 days at the latest. Your order will then be checked for damage before transport. If everything is OK with your order, your charms will be handed over to our shipping service provider and you will usually receive your package in 5 - 8 working days.
Please note that usual processing times may occasionally be delayed, e.g. B. during the Christmas season or as a result of promotions.
Your order will automatically be free of shipping as soon as your shopping cart amounts to more than €59.00.
For orders under €59.00 a shipping fee of €6.90 will be charged.
